Chapter 15
15:1 [hgb] 撒 母 耳 对 扫 罗 说 ， 耶 和 华 差 遣 我 膏 你 为 王 ， 治 理 他 的 百 姓 以 色 列 。 所 以 你 当 听 从 耶 和 华 的 话 。 [kjv] Samuel also said unto Saul, The LORD sent me to anoint thee to be king over his people, over Israel: now therefore hearken thou unto the voice of the words of the LORD. [bbe] And Samuel said to Saul, The Lord sent me to put the holy oil on you and to make you king over his people, over Israel: so give ear now to the words of the Lord. 15:2 [hgb] 万 军 之 耶 和 华 如 此 说 ， 以 色 列 人 出 埃 及 的 时 候 ， 在 路 上 亚 玛 力 人 怎 样 待 他 们 ， 怎 样 抵 挡 他 们 ， 我 都 没 忘 。 [kjv] Thus saith the LORD of hosts, I remember that which Amalek did to Israel, how he laid wait for him in the way, when he came up from Egypt. [bbe] The Lord of armies says, I will give punishment to Amalek for what he did to Israel, fighting against him on the way when Israel came out of Egypt. 15:3 [hgb] 现 在 你 要 去 击 打 亚 玛 力 人 ， 灭 尽 他 们 所 有 的 ， 不 可 怜 惜 他 们 ， 将 男 女 ， 孩 童 ， 吃 奶 的 ， 并 牛 ， 羊 ， 骆 驼 ， 和 驴 尽 行 杀 死 。 [kjv] Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass. [bbe] Go now and put Amalek to the sword, putting to the curse all they have, without mercy: put to death every man and woman, every child and baby at the breast, every ox and sheep, camel and ass. 15:4 [hgb] 于 是 扫 罗 招 聚 百 姓 在 提 拉 因 ， 数 点 他 们 ， 共 有 步 兵 二 十 万 ， 另 有 犹 大 人 一 万 。 [kjv] And Saul gathered the people together, and numbered them in Telaim, two hundred thousand footmen, and ten thousand men of Judah. [bbe] And Saul sent for the people and had them numbered in Telaim, two hundred thousand footmen and ten thousand men of Judah. 15:5 [hgb] 扫 罗 到 了 亚 玛 力 的 京 城 ， 在 谷 中 设 下 埋 伏 。 [kjv] And Saul came to a city of Amalek, and laid wait in the valley. [bbe] And Saul came to the town of Amalek, and took up his position in the valley secretly. 15:6 [hgb] 扫 罗 对 基 尼 人 说 ， 你 们 离 开 亚 玛 力 人 下 去 吧 ， 恐 怕 我 将 你 们 和 亚 玛 力 人 一 同 杀 灭 。 因 为 以 色 列 人 出 埃 及 的 时 候 ， 你 们 曾 恩 待 他 们 。 于 是 基 尼 人 离 开 亚 玛 力 人 去 了 。 [kjv] And Saul said unto the Kenites, Go, depart, get you down from among the Amalekites, lest I destroy you with them: for ye shewed kindness to all the children of Israel, when they came up out of Egypt. So the Kenites departed from among the Amalekites. [bbe] And Saul said to the Kenites, Go away, take yourselves out from among the Amalekites, or destruction will overtake you with them: for you were kind to the children of Israel when they came out of Egypt. So the Kenites went away from among the Amalekites. 15:7 [hgb] 扫 罗 击 打 亚 玛 力 人 ， 从 哈 腓 拉 直 到 埃 及 前 的 书 珥 ， [kjv] And Saul smote the Amalekites from Havilah until thou comest to Shur, that is over against Egypt. [bbe] And Saul made an attack on the Amalekites from Havilah on the road to Shur, which is before Egypt. 15:8 [hgb] 生 擒 了 亚 玛 力 王 亚 甲 ， 用 刀 杀 尽 亚 玛 力 的 众 民 。 [kjv] And he took Agag the king of the Amalekites alive, and utterly destroyed all the people with the edge of the sword. [bbe] He took Agag, king of the Amalekites, prisoner, and put all the people to the sword without mercy. 15:9 [hgb] 扫 罗 和 百 姓 却 怜 惜 亚 甲 ， 也 爱 惜 上 好 的 牛 ， 羊 ， 牛 犊 ， 羊 羔 ， 并 一 切 美 物 ， 不 肯 灭 绝 。 凡 下 贱 瘦 弱 的 ， 尽 都 杀 了 。 [kjv] But Saul and the people spared Agag, and the best of the sheep, and of the oxen, and of the fatlings, and the lambs, and all that was good, and would not utterly destroy them: but every thing that was vile and refuse, that they destroyed utterly. [bbe] But Saul and the people did not put Agag to death, and they kept the best of the sheep and the oxen and the fat beasts and the lambs, and whatever was good, not desiring to put them to the curse: but everything which was bad and of no use they put to the curse. 15:10 [hgb] 耶 和 华 的 话 临 到 撒 母 耳 说 ， [kjv] Then came the word of the LORD unto Samuel, saying, [bbe] Then the Lord said to Samuel, 15:11 [hgb] 我 立 扫 罗 为 王 ， 我 后 悔 了 。 因 为 他 转 去 不 跟 从 我 ， 不 遵 守 我 的 命 令 。 撒 母 耳 便 甚 忧 愁 ， 终 夜 哀 求 耶 和 华 。 [kjv] It repenteth me that I have set up Saul to be king: for he is turned back from following me, and hath not performed my commandments. And it grieved Samuel; and he cried unto the LORD all night. [bbe] It is no longer my pleasure for Saul to be king; for he is turned back from going in my ways, and has not done my orders. And Samuel was very sad, crying to the Lord in prayer all night. 15:12 [hgb] 撒 母 耳 清 早 起 来 ， 迎 接 扫 罗 。 有 人 告 诉 撒 母 耳 说 ， 扫 罗 到 了 迦 密 ， 在 那 里 立 了 记 念 碑 ， 又 转 身 下 到 吉 甲 。 [kjv] And when Samuel rose early to meet Saul in the morning, it was told Samuel, saying, Saul came to Carmel, and, behold, he set him up a place, and is gone about, and passed on, and gone down to Gilgal. [bbe] And early in the morning he got up and went to Saul; and word was given to Samuel that Saul had come to Carmel and put up a pillar, and had gone from there down to Gilgal. 15:13 [hgb] 撒 母 耳 到 了 扫 罗 那 里 ， 扫 罗 对 他 说 ， 愿 耶 和 华 赐 福 与 你 ， 耶 和 华 的 命 令 我 已 遵 守 了 。 [kjv] And Samuel came to Saul: and Saul said unto him, Blessed be thou of the LORD: I have performed the commandment of the LORD. [bbe] And Samuel came to Saul; and Saul said to him, May the blessing of the Lord be with you: I have done what was ordered by the Lord. 15:14 [hgb] 撒 母 耳 说 ， 我 耳 中 听 见 有 羊 叫 ， 牛 鸣 ， 是 从 哪 里 来 的 呢 ？ [kjv] And Samuel said, What meaneth then this bleating of the sheep in mine ears, and the lowing of the oxen which I hear? [bbe] And Samuel said, What then is this sound of the crying of sheep and the noise of oxen which comes to my ears? 15:15 [hgb] 扫 罗 说 ， 这 是 百 姓 从 亚 玛 力 人 那 里 带 来 的 。 因 为 他 们 爱 惜 上 好 的 牛 羊 ， 要 献 与 耶 和 华 你 的 神 。 其 余 的 ， 我 们 都 灭 尽 了 。 [kjv] And Saul said, They have brought them from the Amalekites: for the people spared the best of the sheep and of the oxen, to sacrifice unto the LORD thy God; and the rest we have utterly destroyed. [bbe] And Saul said, They have taken them from the Amalekites: for the people have kept the best of the sheep and of the oxen as an offering to the Lord your God; all the rest we have given up to destruction. 15:16 [hgb] 撒 母 耳 对 扫 罗 说 ， 你 住 口 吧 。 等 我 将 耶 和 华 昨 夜 向 我 所 说 的 话 告 诉 你 。 扫 罗 说 ， 请 讲 。 [kjv] Then Samuel said unto Saul, Stay, and I will tell thee what the LORD hath said to me this night. And he said unto him, Say on. [bbe] Then Samuel said to Saul, Say no more! Let me give you word of what the Lord has said to me this night. And he said to him, Say on. 15:17 [hgb] 撒 母 耳 对 扫 罗 说 ， 从 前 你 虽 然 以 自 己 为 小 ， 岂 不 是 被 立 为 以 色 列 支 派 的 元 首 吗 ？ 耶 和 华 膏 你 作 以 色 列 的 王 。 [kjv] And Samuel said, When thou wast little in thine own sight, wast thou not made the head of the tribes of Israel, and the LORD anointed thee king over Israel? [bbe] And Samuel said, Though you may seem little to yourself, are you not head of the tribes of Israel? for the Lord with the holy oil made you king over Israel, 15:18 [hgb] 耶 和 华 差 遣 你 ， 吩 咐 你 说 ， 你 去 击 打 那 些 犯 罪 的 亚 玛 力 人 ， 将 他 们 灭 绝 净 尽 。 [kjv] And the LORD sent thee on a journey, and said, Go and utterly destroy the sinners the Amalekites, and fight against them until they be consumed. [bbe] And the Lord sent you on a journey and said, Go and put to the curse those sinners, the Amalekites, fighting against them till every one is dead. 15:19 [hgb] 你 为 何 没 有 听 从 耶 和 华 的 命 令 ， 急 忙 掳 掠 财 物 ， 行 耶 和 华 眼 中 看 为 恶 的 事 呢 ？ [kjv] Wherefore then didst thou not obey the voice of the LORD, but didst fly upon the spoil, and didst evil in the sight of the LORD? [bbe] Why then did you not do the orders of the Lord, but by violently taking their goods did evil in the eyes of the Lord? 15:20 [hgb] 扫 罗 对 撒 母 耳 说 ， 我 实 在 听 从 了 耶 和 华 的 命 令 ， 行 了 耶 和 华 所 差 遣 我 行 的 路 ， 擒 了 亚 玛 力 王 亚 甲 来 ， 灭 尽 了 亚 玛 力 人 。 [kjv] And Saul said unto Samuel, Yea, I have obeyed the voice of the LORD, and have gone the way which the LORD sent me, and have brought Agag the king of Amalek, and have utterly destroyed the Amalekites. [bbe] And Saul said, Truly, I have done the orders of the Lord and have gone the way the Lord sent me; I have taken Agag, the king of Amalek, and have given the Amalekites up to destruction. 15:21 [hgb] 百 姓 却 在 所 当 灭 的 物 中 取 了 最 好 的 牛 羊 ， 要 在 吉 甲 献 与 耶 和 华 你 的 神 。 [kjv] But the people took of the spoil, sheep and oxen, the chief of the things which should have been utterly destroyed, to sacrifice unto the LORD thy God in Gilgal. [bbe] But the people took some of their goods, sheep and oxen, the chief of the things which were put to the curse, to make an offering of them to the Lord your God in Gilgal. 15:22 [hgb] 撒 母 耳 说 ， 耶 和 华 喜 悦 燔 祭 和 平 安 祭 ， 岂 如 喜 悦 人 听 从 他 的 话 呢 ？ 听 命 胜 于 献 祭 。 顺 从 胜 于 公 羊 的 脂 油 。 [kjv] And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams. [bbe] And Samuel said, Has the Lord as much delight in offerings and burned offerings as in the doing of his orders? Truly, to do his pleasure is better than to make offerings, and to give ear to him than the fat of sheep. 15:23 [hgb] 悖 逆 的 罪 与 行 邪 术 的 罪 相 等 。 顽 梗 的 罪 与 拜 虚 神 和 偶 像 的 罪 相 同 。 你 既 厌 弃 耶 和 华 的 命 令 ， 耶 和 华 也 厌 弃 你 作 王 。 [kjv] For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king. [bbe] For to go against his orders is like the sin of those who make use of secret arts, and pride is like giving worship to images. Because you have put away from you the word of the Lord, he has put you from your place as king. 15:24 [hgb] 扫 罗 对 撒 母 耳 说 ， 我 有 罪 了 ， 我 因 惧 怕 百 姓 ， 听 从 他 们 的 话 ， 就 违 背 了 耶 和 华 的 命 令 和 你 的 言 语 。 [kjv] And Saul said unto Samuel, I have sinned: for I have transgressed the commandment of the LORD, and thy words: because I feared the people, and obeyed their voice. [bbe] And Saul said to Samuel, Great is my sin: for I have gone against the orders of the Lord and against your words: because, fearing the people, I did what they said. 15:25 [hgb] 现 在 求 你 赦 免 我 的 罪 ， 同 我 回 去 ， 我 好 敬 拜 耶 和 华 。 [kjv] Now therefore, I pray thee, pardon my sin, and turn again with me, that I may worship the LORD. [bbe] So now, let my sin have forgiveness, and go back with me to give worship to the Lord. 15:26 [hgb] 撒 母 耳 对 扫 罗 说 ， 我 不 同 你 回 去 。 因 为 你 厌 弃 耶 和 华 的 命 令 ， 耶 和 华 也 厌 弃 你 作 以 色 列 的 王 。 [kjv] And Samuel said unto Saul, I will not return with thee: for thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, and the LORD hath rejected thee from being king over Israel. [bbe] And Samuel said to Saul, I will not go back with you: for you have put away from you the word of the Lord, and the Lord has put you from your place as king over Israel. 15:27 [hgb] 撒 母 耳 转 身 要 走 ， 扫 罗 就 扯 住 他 外 袍 的 衣 襟 ， 衣 襟 就 撕 断 了 。 [kjv] And as Samuel turned about to go away, he laid hold upon the skirt of his mantle, and it rent. [bbe] And when Samuel was turning round to go away, Saul took the skirt of his robe in his hand, and the cloth came away. 15:28 [hgb] 撒 母 耳 对 他 说 ， 如 此 ， 今 日 耶 和 华 使 以 色 列 国 与 你 断 绝 ， 将 这 国 赐 与 比 你 更 好 的 人 。 [kjv] And Samuel said unto him, The LORD hath rent the kingdom of Israel from thee this day, and hath given it to a neighbour of thine, that is better than thou. [bbe] And Samuel said to him, The Lord has taken away the kingdom of Israel from you this day by force, and has given it to a neighbour of yours who is better than you. 15:29 [hgb] 以 色 列 的 大 能 者 必 不 至 说 谎 ， 也 不 至 后 悔 。 因 为 他 迥 非 世 人 ， 决 不 后 悔 。 [kjv] And also the Strength of Israel will not lie nor repent: for he is not a man, that he should repent. [bbe] And further, the Glory of Israel will not say what is false, and his purpose may not be changed: for he is not a man, whose purpose may be changed. 15:30 [hgb] 扫 罗 说 ， 我 有 罪 了 ， 虽 然 如 此 ， 求 你 在 我 百 姓 的 长 老 和 以 色 列 人 面 前 抬 举 我 ， 同 我 回 去 ， 我 好 敬 拜 耶 和 华 你 的 神 。 [kjv] Then he said, I have sinned: yet honour me now, I pray thee, before the elders of my people, and before Israel, and turn again with me, that I may worship the LORD thy God. [bbe] Then he said, Great is my sin: but still, give me honour now before the heads of my people and before Israel, and come back with me so that I may give worship to the Lord your God. 15:31 [hgb] 于 是 撒 母 耳 转 身 跟 随 扫 罗 回 去 ， 扫 罗 就 敬 拜 耶 和 华 。 [kjv] So Samuel turned again after Saul; and Saul worshipped the LORD. [bbe] So Samuel went back after Saul, and Saul gave worship to the Lord. 15:32 [hgb] 撒 母 耳 说 ， 要 把 亚 玛 力 王 亚 甲 带 到 我 这 里 来 。 亚 甲 就 欢 欢 喜 喜 地 来 到 他 面 前 ， 心 里 说 ， 死 亡 的 苦 难 必 定 过 去 了 。 [kjv] Then said Samuel, Bring ye hither to me Agag the king of the Amalekites. And Agag came unto him delicately. And Agag said, Surely the bitterness of death is past. [bbe] Then Samuel said, Make Agag, the king of the Amalekites, come here to me. And Agag came to him shaking with fear. And Agag said, Truly the pain of death is past. 15:33 [hgb] 撒 母 耳 说 ， 你 既 用 刀 使 妇 人 丧 子 ， 这 样 ， 你 母 亲 在 妇 人 中 也 必 丧 子 。 于 是 ， 撒 母 耳 在 吉 甲 耶 和 华 面 前 将 亚 甲 杀 死 。 [kjv] And Samuel said, As thy sword hath made women childless, so shall thy mother be childless among women. And Samuel hewed Agag in pieces before the LORD in Gilgal. [bbe] And Samuel said, As your sword has made women without children, so now your mother will be without children among women. And Agag was cut up by Samuel, bone from bone, before the Lord in Gilgal. 15:34 [hgb] 撒 母 耳 回 了 拉 玛 。 扫 罗 上 他 所 住 的 基 比 亚 ， 回 自 己 的 家 去 了 。 [kjv] Then Samuel went to Ramah; and Saul went up to his house to Gibeah of Saul. [bbe] Then Samuel went to Ramah; and Saul went up to his house in Gibeah, in the land of Saul. 15:35 [hgb] 撒 母 耳 直 到 死 的 日 子 ， 再 没 有 见 扫 罗 。 但 撒 母 耳 为 扫 罗 悲 伤 ， 是 因 耶 和 华 后 悔 立 他 为 以 色 列 的 王 。 [kjv] And Samuel came no more to see Saul until the day of his death: nevertheless Samuel mourned for Saul: and the LORD repented that he had made Saul king over Israel. [bbe] And Samuel never saw Saul again till the day of his death; but Samuel was sorrowing for Saul: and it was no longer the Lord's pleasure for Saul to be king over Israel.
Chapter 16
16:1 [hgb] 耶 和 华 对 撒 母 耳 说 ， 我 既 厌 弃 扫 罗 作 以 色 列 的 王 ， 你 为 他 悲 伤 要 到 几 时 呢 ？ 你 将 膏 油 盛 满 了 角 ， 我 差 遣 你 往 伯 利 恒 人 耶 西 那 里 去 。 因 为 我 在 他 众 子 之 内 ， 预 定 一 个 作 王 的 。 [kjv] And the LORD said unto Samuel, How long wilt thou mourn for Saul, seeing I have rejected him from reigning over Israel? fill thine horn with oil, and go, I will send thee to Jesse the Bethlehemite: for I have provided me a king among his sons. [bbe] And the Lord said to Samuel, How long will you go on sorrowing for Saul, seeing that I have put him from his place as king over Israel? Take oil in your vessel and go; I will send you to Jesse, the Beth-lehemite: for I have got a king for myself among his sons. 16:2 [hgb] 撒 母 耳 说 ， 我 怎 能 去 呢 ？ 扫 罗 若 听 见 ， 必 要 杀 我 。 耶 和 华 说 ， 你 可 以 带 一 只 牛 犊 去 ， 就 说 ， 我 来 是 要 向 耶 和 华 献 祭 。 [kjv] And Samuel said, How can I go? if Saul hear it, he will kill me. And the LORD said, Take an heifer with thee, and say, I am come to sacrifice to the LORD. [bbe] And Samuel said, How is it possible for me to go? If Saul gets news of it he will put me to death. And the Lord said, Take a young cow with you and say, I have come to make an offering to the Lord. 16:3 [hgb] 你 要 请 耶 西 来 吃 祭 肉 ， 我 就 指 示 你 所 当 行 的 事 。 我 所 指 给 你 的 人 ， 你 要 膏 他 。 [kjv] And call Jesse to the sacrifice, and I will shew thee what thou shalt do: and thou shalt anoint unto me him whom I name unto thee. [bbe] And send for Jesse to be present at the offering, and I will make clear to you what you are to do: and you are to put the holy oil on him whose name I give you. 16:4 [hgb] 撒 母 耳 就 照 耶 和 华 的 话 去 行 。 到 了 伯 利 恒 ， 那 城 里 的 长 老 都 战 战 兢 兢 地 出 来 迎 接 他 ， 问 他 说 ， 你 是 为 平 安 来 的 吗 ？ [kjv] And Samuel did that which the LORD spake, and came to Bethlehem. And the elders of the town trembled at his coming, and said, Comest thou peaceably? [bbe] And Samuel did as the Lord said and came to Beth-lehem. And the responsible men of the town came out to him in fear and said, Do you come in peace? 16:5 [hgb] 他 说 ， 为 平 安 来 的 ， 我 是 给 耶 和 华 献 祭 。 你 们 当 自 洁 ， 来 与 我 同 吃 祭 肉 。 撒 母 耳 就 使 耶 西 和 他 众 子 自 洁 ， 请 他 们 来 吃 祭 肉 。 [kjv] And he said, Peaceably: I am come to sacrifice unto the LORD: sanctify yourselves, and come with me to the sacrifice. And he sanctified Jesse and his sons, and called them to the sacrifice. [bbe] And he said, In peace: I have come to make an offering to the Lord: make yourselves clean and come with me to make the offering. And he made Jesse and his sons clean, and sent for them to be present at the offering. 16:6 [hgb] 他 们 来 的 时 候 ， 撒 母 耳 看 见 以 利 押 ， 就 心 里 说 ， 耶 和 华 的 受 膏 者 必 定 在 他 面 前 。 [kjv] And it came to pass, when they were come, that he looked on Eliab, and said, Surely the LORD's anointed is before him. [bbe] Now when they came, looking at Eliab, he said, Clearly the man of the Lord's selection is before him. 16:7 [hgb] 耶 和 华 却 对 撒 母 耳 说 ， 不 要 看 他 的 外 貌 和 他 身 材 高 大 ， 我 不 拣 选 他 。 因 为 ， 耶 和 华 不 像 人 看 人 ， 人 是 看 外 貌 。 耶 和 华 是 看 内 心 。 [kjv] But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart. [bbe] But the Lord said to Samuel, Do not take note of his face or how tall he is, because I will not have him: for the Lord's view is not man's; man takes note of the outer form, but the Lord sees the heart. 16:8 [hgb] 耶 西 叫 亚 比 拿 达 从 撒 母 耳 面 前 经 过 ， 撒 母 耳 说 ， 耶 和 华 也 不 拣 选 他 。 [kjv] Then Jesse called Abinadab, and made him pass before Samuel. And he said, Neither hath the LORD chosen this. [bbe] Then Jesse sent for Abinadab and made him come before Samuel. And he said, The Lord has not taken this one. 16:9 [hgb] 耶 西 又 叫 沙 玛 从 撒 母 耳 面 前 经 过 ， 撒 母 耳 说 ， 耶 和 华 也 不 拣 选 他 。 [kjv] Then Jesse made Shammah to pass by. And he said, Neither hath the LORD chosen this. [bbe] Then Jesse made Shammah come before him. And he said, The Lord has not taken this one. 16:10 [hgb] 耶 西 叫 他 七 个 儿 子 都 从 撒 母 耳 面 前 经 过 ， 撒 母 耳 说 ， 这 都 不 是 耶 和 华 所 拣 选 的 。 [kjv] Again, Jesse made seven of his sons to pass before Samuel. And Samuel said unto Jesse, The LORD hath not chosen these. [bbe] And Jesse made his seven sons come before Samuel. And Samuel said to Jesse, The Lord has not taken any of these. 16:11 [hgb] 撒 母 耳 对 耶 西 说 ， 你 的 儿 子 都 在 这 里 吗 ？ 他 回 答 说 ， 还 有 个 小 的 ， 现 在 放 羊 。 撒 母 耳 对 耶 西 说 ， 你 打 发 人 去 叫 他 来 。 他 若 不 来 ， 我 们 必 不 坐 席 。 [kjv] And Samuel said unto Jesse, Are here all thy children? And he said, There remaineth yet the youngest, and, behold, he keepeth the sheep. And Samuel said unto Jesse, Send and fetch him: for we will not sit down till he come hither. [bbe] Then Samuel said to Jesse, Are all your children here? And he said, There is still the youngest, and he is looking after the sheep. And Samuel said to Jesse, Send and make him come here: for we will not take our seats till he is here. 16:12 [hgb] 耶 西 就 打 发 人 去 叫 了 他 来 。 他 面 色 光 红 ， 双 目 清 秀 ， 容 貌 俊 美 。 耶 和 华 说 ， 这 就 是 他 ， 你 起 来 膏 他 。 [kjv] And he sent, and brought him in. Now he was ruddy, and withal of a beautiful countenance, and goodly to look to. And the LORD said, Arise, anoint him: for this is he. [bbe] So he sent and made him come in. Now he had red hair and beautiful eyes and pleasing looks. And the Lord said, Come, put the oil on him, for this is he. 16:13 [hgb] 撒 母 耳 就 用 角 里 的 膏 油 ， 在 他 诸 兄 中 膏 了 他 。 从 这 日 起 ， 耶 和 华 的 灵 就 大 大 感 动 大 卫 。 撒 母 耳 起 身 回 拉 玛 去 了 。 [kjv] Then Samuel took the horn of oil, and anointed him in the midst of his brethren: and the Spirit of the LORD came upon David from that day forward. So Samuel rose up, and went to Ramah. [bbe] Then Samuel took the bottle of oil, and put the oil on him there among his brothers: and from that day the spirit of the Lord came on David with power. So Samuel went back to Ramah. 16:14 [hgb] 耶 和 华 的 灵 离 开 扫 罗 ， 有 恶 魔 从 耶 和 华 那 里 来 扰 乱 他 。 [kjv] But the Spirit of the LORD departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the LORD troubled him. [bbe] Now the spirit of the Lord had gone from Saul, and an evil spirit from the Lord was troubling him. 16:15 [hgb] 扫 罗 的 臣 仆 对 他 说 ， 现 在 有 恶 魔 从 神 那 里 来 扰 乱 你 。 [kjv] And Saul's servants said unto him, Behold now, an evil spirit from God troubleth thee. [bbe] And Saul's servants said to him, See now, an evil spirit from God is troubling you. 16:16 [hgb] 我 们 的 主 可 以 吩 咐 面 前 的 臣 仆 ， 找 一 个 善 于 弹 琴 的 来 ， 等 神 那 里 来 的 恶 魔 临 到 你 身 上 的 时 候 ， 使 他 用 手 弹 琴 ， 你 就 好 了 。 [kjv] Let our lord now command thy servants, which are before thee, to seek out a man, who is a cunning player on an harp: and it shall come to pass, when the evil spirit from God is upon thee, that he shall play with his hand, and thou shalt be well. [bbe] Now give orders to your servants who are here before you to go in search of a man who is an expert player on a corded instrument: and it will be that when the evil spirit from God is on you, he will make music for you on his instrument, and you will get well. 16:17 [hgb] 扫 罗 对 臣 仆 说 ， 你 们 可 以 为 我 找 一 个 善 于 弹 琴 的 ， 带 到 我 这 里 来 。 [kjv] And Saul said unto his servants, Provide me now a man that can play well, and bring him to me. [bbe] And Saul said to his servants, Then get me a man who is an expert player, and make him come to me. 16:18 [hgb] 其 中 有 一 个 少 年 人 说 ， 我 曾 见 伯 利 恒 人 耶 西 的 一 个 儿 子 善 于 弹 琴 ， 是 大 有 勇 敢 的 战 士 ， 说 话 合 宜 ， 容 貌 俊 美 ， 耶 和 华 也 与 他 同 在 。 [kjv] Then answered one of the servants, and said, Behold, I have seen a son of Jesse the Bethlehemite, that is cunning in playing, and a mighty valiant man, and a man of war, and prudent in matters, and a comely person, and the LORD is with him. [bbe] Then one of the servants in answer said, I have seen a son of Jesse, the Beth-lehemite, who is expert at playing, and a strong man and a man of war; and he is wise in his words, and pleasing in looks, and the Lord is with him. 16:19 [hgb] 于 是 扫 罗 差 遣 使 者 去 见 耶 西 ， 说 ， 请 你 打 发 你 放 羊 的 儿 子 大 卫 到 我 这 里 来 。 [kjv] Wherefore Saul sent messengers unto Jesse, and said, Send me David thy son, which is with the sheep. [bbe] So Saul sent his servants to Jesse and said, Send me your son David who is with the sheep. 16:20 [hgb] 耶 西 就 把 几 个 饼 和 一 皮 袋 酒 ， 并 一 只 山 羊 羔 ， 都 驮 在 驴 上 ， 交 给 他 儿 子 大 卫 ， 送 与 扫 罗 。 [kjv] And Jesse took an ass laden with bread, and a bottle of wine, and a kid, and sent them by David his son unto Saul. [bbe] And Jesse took five cakes of bread and a skin of wine and a young goat and sent them to Saul by David. 16:21 [hgb] 大 卫 到 了 扫 罗 那 里 ， 就 侍 立 在 扫 罗 面 前 。 扫 罗 甚 喜 爱 他 ， 他 就 作 了 扫 罗 拿 兵 器 的 人 。 [kjv] And David came to Saul, and stood before him: and he loved him greatly; and he became his armourbearer. [bbe] And David came to Saul, waiting before him: and he became very dear to Saul, who made him his servant, giving him the care of his arms. 16:22 [hgb] 扫 罗 差 遣 人 去 见 耶 西 ， 说 ， 求 你 容 大 卫 侍 立 在 我 面 前 ， 因 为 他 在 我 眼 前 蒙 了 恩 。 [kjv] And Saul sent to Jesse, saying, Let David, I pray thee, stand before me; for he hath found favour in my sight. [bbe] And Saul sent to Jesse saying, Let David be with me, for he is pleasing to me. 16:23 [hgb] 从 神 那 里 来 的 恶 魔 临 到 扫 罗 身 上 的 时 候 ， 大 卫 就 拿 琴 ， 用 手 而 弹 ， 扫 罗 便 舒 畅 爽 快 ， 恶 魔 离 了 他 。 [kjv] And it came to pass, when the evil spirit from God was upon Saul, that David took an harp, and played with his hand: so Saul was refreshed, and was well, and the evil spirit departed from him. [bbe] And whenever the evil spirit from God came on Saul, David took his instrument and made music: so new life came to Saul, and he got well, and the evil spirit went away from him.
